What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineering team members.
Oversee the transition of monolithic applications into microservice architectures.
Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
Partner with senior leaders to align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Drive talent strategy, including succession planning and skill development across teams.
Improve software engineering practices and team velocity through Agile methodologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
At least 5 years of people management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, web technologies, distributed HPC/ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages like Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
8+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
5+ years of experience mentoring senior engineers and leading cross-domain architectural reviews (preferred).
