Globalization Tech Lead

What you'll do

• Build and maintain core automation workflows using Python, APIs, and agentic workflows to manage the content lifecycle.
• Integrate AI and LLM-based solutions into localization workflows to improve quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve high-impact architectural failures and perform root cause analysis on complex integration issues and system bottlenecks.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code audits to ensure products are architected for seamless internationalization.
• Serve as the primary technical owner for configuring and optimizing Translation Management Systems like XTM and Smartling.
• Develop self-service tools such as pseudo-localization pipelines to help developers identify UI issues before translation.

What we're looking for

• You must have 6-8 years of experience in software or globalization engineering.
• You must possess expert-level proficiency in Python and utilizing APIs for automation.
• You must have hands-on experience implementing AI, including LLMs and custom MT pipelines, in localization workflows.
• You must have experience with enterprise CMS or MSM platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
• You must have a deep technical understanding of TMS architecture and various file formats like JSON, XML, and XLIFF.
• You must be able to conduct code-level internationalization (i18n) reviews and provide feedback to developers.
• You should be familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• You should have experience with data analysis and reporting on workflow performance.
