As the Director, Global Procurement – Software & Cybersecurity, you will join the Global Procurement team to architect and govern the global sourcing strategy for the company's critical software ecosystem, third-party cybersecurity solutions, and cloud services. You will be responsible for building a resilient vendor network by leading executive-level negotiations for Enterprise License Agreements, SaaS subscriptions, IP licensing, and complex Statements of Work. Your daily work involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and driving cost optimization through TCO modeling. The role requires expertise in software licensing models, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and IT teams to integrate third-party platforms into product offerings while leading a team of sourcing professionals to manage the complexities of high-tech safety and security technology environments.
Architect and execute multi-year global procurement strategies for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity products.
Lead executive-level negotiations for Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), SaaS subscriptions, and complex Statements of Work (SOWs).
Ensure third-party vendors comply with strict security protocols, risk management frameworks, and data protection standards.
Manage executive relationships with strategic vendors through structured business reviews and roadmap alignment.
Collaborate with internal engineering, legal, and IT teams to integrate third-party platforms into company products.
Drive software spend optimization and value engineering using benchmarking and total cost of ownership modeling.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of global strategic sourcing professionals.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with a focus on software and cybersecurity.
Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and managing executive stakeholders in high-tech, telecommunications, or safety technology environments.
Advanced expertise in drafting and negotiating complex software, SaaS, IP, cloud, and security services agreements.
Deep knowledge of software licensing models, cybersecurity frameworks, third-party risk management, and SaaS cost-structure modeling.
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of procurement professionals.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
