As the Director, Global Design & Construction, you will lead the physical environment strategy and oversee the end-to-end design and construction of global workspaces that reflect local culture. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final commissioning, while coordinating with architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders like IT and Legal. Architect and implement AI-driven workflows to automate project lifecycle tasks like vendor onboarding, cost estimation, and risk identification.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal executives and external partners like architects, general contractors, and furniture dealers.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, Interior Design, or Engineering.
10-12+ years of experience leading interior design and complex construction project management for high-growth technology companies or global enterprises.
Proven track record of directing a global corporate office portfolio exceeding 250,000 total square feet.
Knowledge of technical infrastructure including MEP systems, architectural principles, and AV/IT integration with automated building systems.
Ability to manage global capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, multi-year financial forecasting, and cost-variance reporting.
Capability to travel globally and work in-office at least three days a week.
LEED, WELL, or PMP certifications (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
