  • Deep understanding of the modern developer tooling ecosystem, including AI coding assistants, containerization, CI/CD, and developer portals.
  • Experience governing AI-powered developer tools in highly regulated enterprise environments, including policy compliance and responsible AI usage.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, APIs, and developer experience (DevEx) principles.
  • Experience managing budgets, building cost transparency models, and articulating ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with software development productivity metrics, such as DORA metrics and tool adoption rates.
