Director, Digital/Technical Product Management

What you'll do

• Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing Digital or Technology Product Management team.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and resources to ensure efficient delivery of product goals.
• Oversee end-to-end technology and digital product management for a specific portfolio or market segment.
• Define and align long-term product strategies and roadmaps for digital and technology solutions.
• Implement data-driven methodologies across multiple channels to optimize end-user experiences and drive KPIs.
• Develop best-in-class processes to collect member feedback and derive actionable product insights.
• Identify, monitor, and control business risks in accordance with corporate compliance policies.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product and feature launches.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Experience leading the discovery, strategy, vision, and delivery of complex digital and technology products (preferred).
• Experience in user-centered design and design thinking to translate market insights into digital solutions (preferred).
• Ability to develop business cases and quantify investments for digital products (preferred).
• Experience shepherding integrated, multi-platform technology solutions from concept to market (preferred).
• Ability to leverage analytical rigor and data insights to optimize products and report on KPIs (preferred).
• US military experience gained through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
