Director, Core Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for large-scale GPU infrastructure.
• Oversee the development of telemetry, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health and performance.
• Direct incident management strategies, including root cause analysis and ensuring zero-downtime maintenance for customers.
• Manage security compliance by implementing robust encryption, access controls, and remediation plans for multi-tenant environments.
• Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Oversee project management for multiple teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic business goals.
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders while managing performance reviews and talent development programs.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.

• Must be able to ensure cloud infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
