Director, Cloud Solution Architecture

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects to accelerate adoption of secure, AI-enabled cloud solutions.
• Translate complex customer business challenges into actionable cloud strategies and technical solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior technical and business decision makers like CIOs and CISOs.
• Identify and prioritize partner opportunities to accelerate customer outcomes and support strategic growth.
• Provide technical leadership for complex cloud engagements to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient architectures.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team through clear priorities, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Turn customer insights and recurring technical patterns into scalable architectures and proven practices.
• Drive cloud consumption and revenue growth by managing solution deployment and removing project blockers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
• Authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
• 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture (preferred).
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions (preferred).
• Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
