Cloud Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support services, including onsite presence when required.
• Identify and manage goals for security, Identity, and access management to implement universal platforms.
• Drive proactive delivery management by spotting performance issues and providing technical solutions.
• Work with support and engineering teams to troubleshoot and expedite the resolution of critical incidents.
• Conduct education workshops and deliver assessments to provide tailored guidance to enterprise customers.
• Articulate service offerings during meetings with customers and internal account teams.
• Contribute to on-call rotations to ensure high-quality service for mission-critical customer incidents.
• Apply lessons learned to continuously improve processes and service delivery for the customer.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting and support.
• Master's Degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, or architecture.
• At least 3+ years of Identity related experience with technologies such as Entra ID, Defender for Identity, or Active Directory.
• Experience integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD using tools like Azure AD Connect or ADFS.
• Experience envisioning and deploying modern identity solutions like MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting data logging, audit, security monitoring, and Azure Governance and Compliance.
• Certification in Microsoft or other Cloud Technologies or Security.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet government security screening requirements.
