- 10+ years of software engineering or developer productivity tooling experience
- 8+ years of leadership in engineering roles, including managing managers and senior managers

- Proven track record of improving engineering velocity and product quality at scale
- Deep understanding of complex software development lifecycles in cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior technical and product leaders
