Digital Transformation Architect

What you'll do

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business processes.
• Build and deploy custom applications using the Microsoft Power Apps platform.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Palantir Foundry.
• Translate end-user requirements into functional low-code and no-code technical solutions.
• Manage relational databases and perform data cleaning tasks for project needs.
• Develop and maintain web content and templates using WordPress.
• Build technical integrations and pipelines to solve complex organizational challenges.

What we're looking for

• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Systems Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform or Palantir Foundry development (or 5+ years to substitute for a degree).
• Experience designing workflows and automating processes using Power Automate.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Palantir Foundry, including building dashboards and basic data models.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Dataverse or SQL.
• Ability to build and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps in professional or project-based environments.
• Ability to translate end-user requirements into low-code/no-code solutions.
• Experience with WordPress, DAX, PowerFX, or web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience with Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, or government sector policy (preferred).
• Low-code/no-code or software development certifications such as PL-900 or PL-400 (preferred).
