Digital Solution Engineering, Sales & Service

What you'll do

• Lead AI transformation engagements focused on Sales and Service domain expertise for enterprise customers.
• Develop technical win strategies by building relationships with C-suite executives and IT decision makers.
• Design and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations that highlight business value and competitive differentiators.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to engineering teams to shape product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with partners on co-sell scenarios and oversee proof of concept sessions.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring peers and conducting workshops or webinars on Microsoft solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers by engaging with internal engineering, product, and support teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (or equivalent experience).
• Must be able to satisfy U.S. citizenship-based legal restrictions for government agency customers.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft or industry technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure, or Information Security (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience (preferred).
