As a Cloud Solution Architect- AI Business Process, you will join a team focused on helping customers leverage advanced artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and improve business processes. In this customer-facing role, you will own technical and business relationships, guiding clients through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and transitioning legacy systems into modern cloud environments. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency while resolving blockers to go-live. The role requires expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent agents and manage CRM or ERP applications. Key technical skills include experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps. You will provide deep technical insights to drive usage of AI business process tools while ensuring operational health across various cloud-based systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
Lead architectural design sessions to guide customers from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of AI business process solutions.
Identify and resolve technical blockers that prevent customers from going live on their projects.
Drive customer usage and adoption of Microsoft technologies through implementation advisory and performance optimization.
Create and share reusable intellectual property to accelerate the customer transformation journey.
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to internal teams for product improvement.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
At least 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
At least 4 years of experience leading technical projects.
Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
At least 1 year of experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with production deployments.
At least 4 years of experience customizing and deploying Dynamics 365 CE Solutions or Microsoft Power Platform.
