Digital Markets Sales Applied AI and Insights, Product Manager, Vice President

What you'll do

• Articulate a compelling product vision and strategy to support a clear product roadmap.
• Develop user journey mapping and define end-to-end functional requirements.
• Implement innovative, data-driven insights using Generative AI solutions.
• Explore and implement agentic AI workflows to automate multi-step sales and insights processes.
• Gather requirements and prioritize features by acting as a liaison between sales units and technical teams.
• Track product adoption targets and maintain regular engagement with active users.
• Partner with the Chief Data Office to ensure data asset availability and quality.
• Support compliance approvals and collaborate closely with internal Controls partners.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Solid understanding of Financial Services and its various Lines of Business.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to support product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience leveraging data assets to generate unique insights.
• Proficiency in cloud computing, ML platform processes, and tools spanning data ingestion, engineering, quality, and data privacy.
• Experience with the ML development lifecycle (MDLC), including annotation, model training, serving, and productionization.
• Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
