Asset & Wealth Management Product Manager, Applied AI & Data Products Vice President

What you'll do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for unified data products.
• Manage the product backlog by writing clear requirements and user stories in partnership with engineering teams.
• Conduct customer discovery and define success metrics to measure outcomes across the portfolio.
• Build and ship AI-powered features including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents.
• Integrate AI and LLM tools into your daily workflow to accelerate prototyping and requirement definition.
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize models with proper controls for safety, privacy, and compliance.
• Ensure all products adhere to data quality, governance, and regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver unified data products across multiple domains aligned with the federated data mesh strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in data and analytics or wealth/private banking domains.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data, analytics, or AI products end to end.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI- and LLM-powered products using tools like RAG and AI agents.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Starburst, or Databricks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to lead through influence across engineering pods.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance data products, federated data mesh models, or GenAI patterns like prompt engineering (preferred).
