As Vice President, Product Manager - AI Platform, you will join the Digital Assistance team to build the agentic platform powering consumer banking digital self-service products. You will be responsible for developing product strategy, conducting market research, and managing a comprehensive product backlog to ensure consistent quality and scalability. Your daily work involves overseeing end-to-end delivery, defining success metrics like cost and reliability, and coordinating with scrum teams through agile ceremonies. The role requires expertise in the product development life cycle, data analytics, and advanced knowledge of AI systems, including LLMs, NLU, and agentic patterns such as orchestration and multi-step reasoning. You will also implement quality frameworks for non-deterministic experiences while navigating responsible AI principles like safety and governance to solve complex problems within a regulated environment using tools for automated testing and data instrumentation.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Demonstrated experience with or a working understanding of AI and agentic products/platforms, including LLMs and NLU.
Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to drive productivity and solve problems.
Familiarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems to measure quality for non-deterministic experiences.
Proven track record of delivery through agile product development and the software delivery lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Understanding of agentic patterns like orchestration, tool use, and human-in-the-loop design (preferred).
Awareness of Responsible AI principles and delivering products within a regulated environment (preferred).
Experience with automation and data instrumentation for agentic systems (preferred).
