Product Manager, Vice President, Deposits 2.0 AI Enablement

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Apply AI to solve complex multi-product challenges from initial framing through final delivery.
• Design and build AI agents and skills while establishing reusable patterns for the team.
• Define "agentic ready" standards by identifying gaps and codifying design and engineering principles.
• Shape the new operating model by embedding AI into workflows, documentation, and governance.
• Drive organizational readiness by leading AI adoption, skilling, and change management for peers and associates.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study.
• Financial services experience, ideally in consumer banking.
• Hands-on AI expertise, including agentic AI frameworks and large language models.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• JPMorgan Chase experience, with familiarity with how the firm operates, how product delivery is governed, and how decisions are made at scale (preferred).
