What you'll do

Execute the global product strategy and vision for AI offerings within the Salesforce CRM platform.
Integrate LLMs and predictive/generative technologies into the product roadmap to drive commercial outcomes.
Manage discovery efforts and research to identify and integrate new solutions into the product lifecycle.
Own and maintain the product backlog to align development with strategic goals and value propositions.
Establish frameworks and track key success metrics to measure product performance and impact.
Build and manage stakeholder relationships globally to prioritize high-value opportunities for the platform.
Collaborate with internal AI teams on "buy vs. build" decisions and technical integration strategies.
Partner with Salesforce providers to optimize roadmap consumption and execute proof of concept initiatives.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in AI product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce applications, specifically Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Proven ability to deliver AI products with testing, observability, and evaluation of features.
Experience driving global enterprise change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
In-depth understanding of sales processes and tools integrated with Salesforce platforms.
Experience in asset or wealth management with a focus on industry-specific CRM requirements (preferred).
Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
