Manage the daily operations, recruitment, and performance of project managers, release train engineers, and scrum masters.
Define and lead the delivery practice strategy by establishing standards, playbooks, templates, and reporting expectations.
Monitor demand, capacity, and delivery risks to proactively address gaps and constraints in business-critical initiatives.
Drive the continuous improvement and maturity of agile delivery practices and performance indicators.
Provide leadership with timely, actionable insights into delivery performance, risks, and dependencies for early intervention.
Oversee delivery health across initiatives, including planning discipline, dependency management, and progress transparency.
Partner with stakeholders to align delivery capabilities and resources with prioritized business outcomes and strategic priorities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
Ten (10) or more years of diversified IT experience required.
Three (3) or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience required.
