As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect, you will drive Frontier Transformation by helping customers identify, prioritize, and realize AI and agentic use cases through consultative engagement and technical leadership. You will collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects, sales specialists, customer success teams, engineering resources, and partners to remove blockers. You must maintain accurate customer and project data in CRM systems to provide forecasts and insights. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience in cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and technology management.

What you'll do

Identify and prioritize AI and agentic use cases through consultative engagement with customers.
Analyze customer usage patterns and business priorities to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
Design, validate, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.
Support the successful deployment and adoption of cloud solutions to meet technical requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to remove blockers and accelerate customer value.
Maintain accurate customer, project, and consumption data within CRM systems.
Provide timely updates, forecasts, and insights to support business reviews and execution planning.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales.
4+ years of experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
Experience identifying and prioritizing AI and agentic use cases through consultative engagement.
Ability to design, validate, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and customer success.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer, project, and consumption data in CRM systems.
