The Delivery Director - Agentic leads software and agentic AI development, delivery, and support efforts for highly scalable solutions across the Product-to-Market value stream. This role involves directing technical managers, architects, and engineers through requirements gathering, design, development, evaluation, deployment, and support phases to simplify business processes via automation. The candidate will foster a DevOps mindset using continuous integration, continuous delivery, and evaluation-gated release practices while managing program financials and risk management across parallel workstreams. Key technologies include Python, cloud-native AI platforms like Google Cloud or Vertex AI, and emerging agentic frameworks. The role addresses the technical challenge of building high-performing, reliable agentic systems to solve complex business problems. Success requires expertise in large-scale applications, production AI systems, and managing mixed internal and vendor delivery models within a complex product lifecycle.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
12+ years of experience in technology/data program delivery, including 5+ years at a senior delivery-leadership level with direct people management.
Deep technical knowledge and experience delivering large-scale applications, CI/CD practices, and production AI/agentic systems.
Expert knowledge of Python, cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud / Vertex AI), and emerging agentic frameworks.
Proven ability to manage program financials, headcount planning, and risk management across parallel workstreams.
Experience leading mixed internal and vendor delivery models with managed-service-provider relationships.
Retail, merchandising, or P2M value-chain domain exposure (preferred).
MBA or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline; formal program/delivery credentials like PMP or SAFe (preferred).
