Platform Delivery Lead, Data & AI

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI platform products from ideation through production and operations.
• Manage technical execution for scalable, reusable platform capabilities built on AWS and Databricks.
• Drive AI services enablement by providing shared capabilities like model access, RAG, and evaluation tools.
• Create reusable assets and accelerators to speed up the development of AI agents across the enterprise.
• Lead hybrid engineering teams through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Establish technical standards for platform architecture, data models, pipeline patterns, and automation workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture references, and operational runbooks for all platform services.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced delivery with co-source providers.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, a Master's degree with six years of experience, or a PhD with two years of experience is required.
• Experience as a lead data engineer, platform engineer, or solution architect is preferred.
• Significant experience leading technical delivery in an agile environment using Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of AWS data and AI services and the Databricks platform is preferred.
• Experience building and operating shared, multi-tenant platform capabilities and self-service developer experiences is preferred.
• Knowledge of modern data and AI architectures, including data lakehouse, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic service patterns is preferred.
• Familiarity with platform governance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
