As a Data Science Advisor on the Enterprise Data Science team at Evernorth Health Services, you will build advanced analytics and AI solutions to address complex healthcare challenges. What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement predictive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for healthcare challenges.
Build supervised and unsupervised models using techniques like regression, neural networks, and time-series analysis.
Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows using large healthcare datasets and cloud-based tools.
Translate complex technical findings into clear visual stories and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Lead projects from initial discovery through successful delivery in partnership with clinical and business leaders.
Provide thought leadership on emerging AI methods and responsible practices to improve solution quality.

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, or a related field.
Advanced programming skills in Python, R, SQL, SAS/SAS Enterprise Guide, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience developing predictive models using methods like regression, decision trees, support vector machines, random forests, or neural networks.
Experience with machine learning libraries or frameworks such as scikit-learn, MLlib, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Ability to explain complex findings clearly and influence decisions with both technical and non-technical partners.
Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and consulting skills to lead complex analytical work across teams.
Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or data science (preferred).
Experience with AWS, Spark, large-scale pipelines, LLM technologies, healthcare data, or Tableau (preferred).
