What you'll do

Develop and deploy pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data into meaningful insights.
Build and maintain scalable data stores that supply big data for business analysis.
Create software for retrieving, parsing, and processing both structured and unstructured data.
Develop scalable ETL and ELT workflows to support reporting and analytics.
Write scripts and programs to convert various data types into usable formats.
Support the scaling, monitoring, and operation of large-scale data platforms.
Perform analytical exploration and data examination to support client projects.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience utilizing programming languages including C++, Java, or Python.
2+ years of experience developing and maintaining scalable data stores for big data business analysis.
Experience creating software to retrieve, parse, and process structured and unstructured data.
Experience developing scalable ETL and ELT workflows for reporting and analytics.
Ability to develop scripts to convert data into usable formats and support the operation of data platforms.
Experience with SQL/Scala, public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), distributed tools (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop), NoSQL, or Agile practices (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
