Data Cloud & AI Tech Architect

What you'll do

• Translate senior architectural designs into actionable technical specifications and documentation for delivery teams.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for data models, integration patterns, security models, and platform configurations.
• Manage the technical design and implementation of Agentforce and AI use cases across Life Sciences programs.
• Lead Data Cloud workstreams including data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified profile design.
• Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external data sources using various middleware options.
• Act as a bridge between functional requirements and technical delivery to align stakeholders on scope and design.
• Conduct code reviews, manage solution risks, and oversee deployment governance across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to pre-sales activities including estimation, scoping, and RFP responses.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce delivery experience in both functional and technical roles.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on at least two end-to-end Salesforce programs.
• Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation patterns.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce use cases.
• Practical experience designing integrations across CRM, data platforms, and external systems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in client-facing consulting environments leading technical workstreams in Agile or hybrid frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years experience allowed for other degrees).
• Must have minimum 6 years work experience if holding an Associate’s Degree.
