What you'll do

Manage critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire safety, and emergency generators.
Execute commissioning processes and infrastructure validation according to ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED requirements.
Perform electrical studies such as load flow analysis, short-circuit analysis, and arc flash studies.
Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, technical specifications, and test scripts for data center operations.
Create detailed systems documentation including standard operating procedures and methods-of-procedures.
Conduct field-based activities including site visits, start-up tests, and functional performance testing.
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex mission-critical infrastructure.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX plans for critical data center infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

Deep knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC&R systems, and building management systems.
Experience with commissioning protocols, testing procedures, and quality assurance in hyperscale data centers.
Proficiency in power system modeling and simulation software such as ETAP, SKM Power*Tools, PSCAD, or PSS®E.
Ability to perform electrical studies including load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis.
Experience with mechanical and electrical testing equipment specific to data center environments.
Proficiency in facility management platforms such as Corrigo, MCIM, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
Preferred certifications include CDCFE, CMCO, PMP, CEM, or CBCP.
Physical capability to perform hands-on work in industrial and data center environments.
