Data Center Lab Designer Architect

What you'll do

• Perform technical due diligence on power, cooling, connectivity, and expansion potential for new and existing facilities.
• Develop scalable, modular lab designs optimized for high-density compute environments and airflow efficiency.
• Establish and enforce global design standards across all business units and use cases.
• Define corporate standards for power distribution, liquid cooling readiness, and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and supply chain readiness for critical components.
• Oversee commissioning processes to validate operational readiness before deployment.
• Manage cross-functional projects while providing executive-level reporting on risk, budget, and schedule health.

What we're looking for

• Experience in semiconductor or high-density data center design, construction, or operations.
• Proven experience in large-scale lab or data center architecture and build-outs.
• Strong background in infrastructure assessment and technical due diligence.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and overseeing commissioning.
• Familiarity with high-density computing, cloud-scale environments, and high-performance networks.
• Experience with airflow modeling or thermal simulation tools.
• Knowledge of DCIM and infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Relevant data center certifications such as DCCA, CDCDP, or similar are preferred.
