TL;DR · Senior Program Manager, Data Center and Infrastructure Technical Program Management

As a Senior Program Manager – Data Center and Infrastructure Technical Program Management, you will join the Data Center CSP Program Management team to lead end-to-end execution of Cloud Service Provider data center GPU programs. You will manage the full lifecycle from contract kickoff through build, deployment, and sustaining operations for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Key responsibilities include overseeing site readiness, rack build, validation, fleet health, and capacity pipeline planning while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and OEM partners. You will develop automated dashboards in Power BI and SharePoint to replace manual tracking and provide executive visibility. The role requires expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage large-scale infrastructure deployments. Essential skills include risk management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve program productivity across complex, multi-site technology programs.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CSP data center GPU programs from contract kickoff through deployment and sustaining operations.
  • Drive site readiness by tracking energization, commissioning, power commitments, and integration milestones with external partners.
  • Oversee cluster build, validation, burn-in, and formal customer handover for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Govern fleet health by tracking field failures and driving root-cause resolution with engineering and supply chain teams.
  • Develop a risk-adjusted capacity pipeline by standardizing provider data into unified models for multi-gigawatt site planning.
  • Build automated executive dashboards in Power BI to replace manual reporting and provide visibility on project status.
  • Lead cross-functional communication between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management to drive decisions and resolve risks.
  • Establish standardized program governance and process improvements across Waterfall and Agile delivery models.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale, multi-site technology programs end-to-end in a matrixed organization (preferred).
  • Experience with data center, cloud service provider, or large-scale infrastructure deployment programs (preferred).
  • Ability to manage delivery plans, schedules, resource needs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications across concurrent workstreams (preferred).
  • Experience managing OEM/ODM, hyperscaler, and CSP partner relationships (preferred).
  • Proficiency in building standardized data models and executive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking systems (preferred).
  • Ability to lead in a "responsibility without line authority" environment by building cross-functional relationships and driving decisions (preferred).
  • Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery life cycles (preferred).
