You will also track program KPIs and manage risks proactively while working with server technologies such as board design, thermal management, BIOS, BMC, and networking. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science or engineering, 8+ years of experience in systems or hardware engineering, and proficiency with tools like JIRA/Confluence.

What you'll do

  • Lead execution for next-generation Qualcomm rack-scale designs across global teams.
  • Own rack-level integration plans covering compute nodes, PCIe fabrics, and more.
  • Drive firmware/software/hardware co-design alignment with hardware schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional design reviews and ensure issue closure to schedule.
  • Establish triage mechanisms for platform-level debug and instrumentation issues.
  • Define and track program KPIs, publishing executive dashboards weekly.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with at least 6 years of hardware engineering experience.
  • Master’s degree and over 5 years of systems or hardware engineering experience.
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams and large organizations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate on system development, solutions, and product creation.
  • Familiarity with server technologies including board design, thermal management, and networking.
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle management and Agile practices.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for complex program lifecycles.
