AVP Data Analytics & Management

What you'll do

• Design and deliver agent-based workflows that plan, reason, and execute tasks across finance processes.
• Implement LLM copilots for financial narratives, variance explanations, exception triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Create and refine prompt engineering patterns grounded in specific financial contexts and accounting rules.
• Apply data science methods like anomaly detection and forecasting to strengthen finance insights and controls.
• Use low-code and no-code platforms to operationalize AI outputs into automated finance workflows.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, breaks, and actionable signals for reporting.
• Ensure all AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and compliant with corporate governance standards.
• Partner with internal teams to design, document, and roll out AI solutions tailored to actual business needs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in emerging AI technologies, data science, analytics, and automation (financial services preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL design.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to automation tools including low-code platforms, RPA, and workflow tools.
• Understanding of Finance, Risk, and/or Treasury business processes.
• Knowledge of specific tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Databricks, Alteryx, or Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
