What you'll do

  • Lead the enterprise Tableau Cloud strategy, including roadmap development and platform evolution.
  • Establish standards for certified data assets, reporting consistency, and governed self-service analytics.
  • Partner with Data, Analytics, and AI teams to enable AI-assisted insights and augmented analytics.
  • Define and operate the BI governance framework covering access, lifecycle management, and performance standards.
  • Oversee platform scalability, performance, usage, and cost efficiency for enterprise reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI architecture and delivery roadmaps.
  • Manage project prioritization, sequencing, and risk management across all BI initiatives.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams through mentorship and performance management.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 12+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles.
  • Must have 5+ years of technical leadership experience as a tech lead or manager.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with Tableau Cloud.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience with Generative AI.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Tableau Certification is preferred.
  • AWS GenAI Certification is preferred.
