What you'll do

Lead the enterprise Tableau Cloud strategy, including roadmap development and platform evolution.
Establish standards for certified data assets, reporting consistency, and governed self-service analytics.
Partner with Data and AI teams to enable AI-assisted insights and augmented analytics.
Define and operate the BI governance framework for access, lifecycle management, and performance.
Translate business requirements into scalable BI architecture and delivery roadmaps.
Oversee platform scalability, performance, usage, and cost efficiency.
Communicate roadmap progress and platform capabilities to senior stakeholders.
Build and lead high-performing teams through mentorship and performance management.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in BI/analytics roles.
5+ years of technical leadership experience as a tech lead or manager.
3+ years of experience with Tableau Cloud.
1+ years of experience with GenAI.
Proven track record of managing projects and leading initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities including team building, mentorship, and performance management.
Tableau Certification (preferred); AWS GenAI Certification (preferred); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
