What you'll do

Build, implement, and support enterprise data and ETL systems in coordination with technology teams.
Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and risk assessments for proposed application systems.
Manage all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Provide technical consulting to business users and stakeholders to resolve complex system issues.
Develop advanced programming solutions and post-implementation security measures to ensure system integrity.
Define and enforce operating standards and procedures for application development activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
Experience with Data Warehouse and ETL design, including AbInitio (EME, GDE, Co-op).
Working knowledge of cloud and orchestration tools like AWS Glue, AWS Athena, and Airflow.
Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, MongoDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Unix shell scripting.
Required experience in the banking domain.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to act as a subject matter expert in applications development.
