What you'll do

Convert complex datasets from multiple sources into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL, Google BigQuery, Databricks, and Alteryx.
Develop interactive visualizations and reports using Tableau or Looker based on visual design principles.
Translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements and concrete analytical deliverables.
Identify performance trends and develop hypotheses to provide practical business recommendations.
Troubleshoot root causes of data defects and partner with technical teams to resolve reporting issues.
Modernize and migrate legacy reporting environments into cloud-based analytical solutions.
Automate data analysis and statistical modeling using Python or R.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related functions (preferred).
Experience with Google BigQuery, Databricks, relational databases, and SQL-based analysis; Oracle and SQL Server experience preferred.
Advanced experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Looker.
Experience using data exploration, preparation, and mining tools such as Alteryx.
Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, or statistical modeling.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, stored procedures, and dimensional modeling.
Experience with Celoris or other process mining solutions (preferred).
