JOB TITLE: Service Product Analytics Team - Quant Analytics Senior Associate As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Service Product Analytics team, you will lead initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce operating expenses. You will manage the full analytics lifecycle, including documenting data lineage, scoping analysis, developing hypotheses, and delivering executive presentations. Your daily work involves leading partnerships with product owners to support demand mitigation programs and reporting on performance metrics. You will use trend analysis, segmentation, and optimization to analyze customer interactions across calls, branches, online, and mobile channels. You must utilize SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop, RDBMS, and Trifacta. Additionally, you will leverage AWS, statistical modeling, and machine learning to automate data solutions from structured and unstructured sources within an Agile framework.

What you'll do

Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce operating expenses across service operations.
Manage the full analytics lifecycle including data lineage documentation, scoping, development, and hypothesis testing.
Develop and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs to support demand mitigation programs.
Use trend analysis and segmentation to identify friction points across calls, branches, online, and mobile channels.
Construct test designs and analyze pilot program performance to inform future customer strategies.
Create dashboards and visualizations to provide management with self-service tools for tracking key metrics.
Build automated data solutions using customer, account, digital, telephony, financial, and operational data.
Deliver data-driven presentations and stories to stakeholders and executives regarding product enhancement opportunities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
3+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools including R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop, RDBMS, and Trifacta.
Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology.
Hands-on experience writing code and automating processes to source, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources preferred.
Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and other advanced analytics methods.
Graduate degree in a related field preferred.
