What you'll do

Define, standardize, and publish enterprise data risk metrics across multiple lines of business.
Build and evolve dashboards and data products to provide visibility into data management and governance.
Monitor metrics to identify emerging risks and generate actionable insights for senior leadership.
Translate evolving data policies and requirements into meaningful metrics and monitoring systems.
Use AI to automate and transform the creation, management, and consumption of data risk metrics.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority to improve operational efficiency.
Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to VP+ leaders and executives.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts to advance their professional careers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of experience performing data analytics.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
A Master's Degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management and Tableau, and proficiency in AWS (preferred).
