JOB TITLE: Data Analysis Manager - Office of the Chief Data Officer, Central Analytics The Data Analysis Manager joins the Analytics & Transformation team to help shape enterprise-wide data management strategy. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to define, standardize, and publish data risk metrics while building dashboards and data products that provide visibility into governance. You will mine large, complex databases containing millions to billions of records to identify emerging risks, generate actionable insights for executive leadership, and use AI to automate data risk metric consumption. Key responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts, conducting process evaluations, and consulting on new production and data storage systems. The role requires proficiency in Python, R, Spark, SQL, Tableau, and AWS services to solve complex data management problems and improve operational efficiencies across multiple business units.

What you'll do

Define, standardize, and publish enterprise data risk metrics across different lines of business.
Build and evolve dashboards and data products to provide visibility into data management and governance.
Monitor metrics to identify emerging risks and generate actionable insights for senior leadership.
Translate evolving data policies and requirements into meaningful metrics and monitoring systems.
Use AI to automate and transform the creation and consumption of data risk metrics.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Present data insights and strategic recommendations to VP+ leaders and executives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts to elevate their professional careers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s Degree plus 4 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in Tableau (preferred).
Proficient utilizing and developing within AWS service (preferred).
