You will monitor metrics to identify emerging risks, translate data policies into meaningful monitoring, and use AI to automate data risk metric consumption. Key responsibilities include driving adherence to data quality principles like metadata and lineage. Required technical skills include scripting in Python, R, Spark, and SQL, as well as experience with AWS services, data warehouses, and unstructured data. You will solve complex business problems by providing consultancy and developing visualization tools for insights.

What you'll do

Define, standardize, and publish enterprise data risk metrics across different lines of business.
Build and evolve dashboards and data products to provide visibility into data management and governance.
Monitor metrics to identify emerging risks and generate actionable insights for senior leadership.
Translate evolving data policies and requirements into meaningful metrics and monitoring systems.
Use AI to automate the creation, management, and consumption of data risk metrics.
Develop well-managed data solutions and tools to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
Drive adherence to data quality principles including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
Present data insights and strategic recommendations to senior directors and executives.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience working with at least one scripting language.
Must have at least 3 years of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool.
Must have at least 3 years of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
