JOB TITLE: Cybersecurity Product Manager - AI & Security Operations
The Cybersecurity Product Manager - AI & Security Operations joins the Information Security team to lead the end-to-end product management and enterprise delivery of major security operations platforms. This senior-level role involves owning the product roadmap, managing a prioritized backlog, and translating complex stakeholder needs into user stories and functional specifications. You will oversee vendor governance, lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include integrating AI-driven features for alert triage, anomaly detection, and natural language threat querying while ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies. Required expertise includes cybersecurity engineering, SOC analysis, and AI enablement. You must be proficient in evaluating AI-native security products like SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA, while applying frameworks such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK to solve security operation challenges.
Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for major security operations platforms.
Develop a prioritized product backlog and track KPIs including AI-specific performance indicators.
Translate cybersecurity analyst needs into user stories, functional specifications, and AI-assisted workflows.
Evaluate vendor capabilities and hold providers accountable to contractual standards and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to ensure products meet internal risk and regulatory policies.
Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver roadmap initiatives on schedule.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and drive platform adoption through structured change management.
Present platform health and AI feature performance to senior cybersecurity leadership and executives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Master's degree (preferred).
6+ years of combined professional experience in enterprise product management, cybersecurity engineering, cybersecurity operations, and AI enablement.
Experience functioning as a Product Owner or equivalent role on Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Demonstrated expertise translating operational and technical cybersecurity requirements into structured product artifacts like user stories and roadmaps.
Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity, including behavioral analytics and SOAR or agentic AI automation.
Experience evaluating or deploying AI-native security products such as AI-powered SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, or EDR platforms (preferred).
Product management certifications (PMP, SAFe POPM, or CSPO) or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or GIAC) (preferred).
