Customer Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Perform process engineering research and development for complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems.
• Evaluate manufacturing techniques and methods from pilot plants through full-scale production.
• Design and plan projects to develop new processing concepts and methodologies.
• Analyze test data to establish limits and variables for process specifications.
• Execute customer demonstrations and on-site evaluations to drive the adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address technical requirements and business challenges.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure the availability of required parts and supplies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all process-related requests from customers.

What we're looking for

• A Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• An M.S. degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• A B.S. degree with at least 12 years of work experience.
• Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory environment.
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams, customers, and partners.
