What you'll do

Lead multi-functional teams and external partners to deliver next-generation AI Storage Computing Platforms.
Define strategies for integrating GPU and storage server solutions across hardware and software stacks.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial proof-of-concept through design, development, and validation.
Scope projects, assemble core support teams, and establish joint project timelines with customers.
Facilitate engineering design reviews to ensure customer requirements are met and technical bugs are resolved.
Lead complex technical discussions between hardware and software engineering teams.
Coordinate with internal operations, quality, and sales teams to resolve logistical issues and maintain project scope.
Provide status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership and customers.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of relevant work experience required.
Strong Technical Programs Management experience for complex OEM/ODM System Level integration, development, and qualification.
Experience with SW/HW System Level life cycle and identifying key indicators to lead programs.
Experience driving execution and coordination between internal teams and external accounts.
Ability to partner with leadership to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and risk management.
