Lead daily IT operations, help desk activities, and end-user support services in a manufacturing environment.

Drive cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives for the organization.
Lead large-scale projects from planning and resource allocation through to successful execution.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and technology budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Mentor and develop IT team members while fostering a customer-focused culture.
Serve as a technical advisor to business leaders to align technology initiatives with operational goals.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Minimum 10 years of related experience in information technology leadership roles.
Demonstrated managerial experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience managing IT support operations, infrastructure services, and manufacturing systems/production environments.
Knowledge of IT service management methodologies and ITIL best practices.
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Flex Flow expertise (preferred).
Knowledge of FDA regulations and experience in regulated environments (preferred).
