What you'll do

  • Execute automated trading strategies, secondary trades, and primary trades for the FICC ETF desk.
  • Price and market ETFs across various fixed income and commodity asset classes.
  • Analyze P&L data, pricing decisions, and risk models to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and improve the broader systematic trading ecosystem and internal workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance trading tools in partnership with quant and strategy teams.
  • Improve automation, resiliency, and controls within the trading infrastructure.
  • Provide accurate product information based on macro developments and market structure analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Master's degree combined with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform under competitive pressure while maintaining focus on client needs.
  • Fixed income trading experience is strongly preferred.
