Crowdstrike Technical Consulting Manager
As part of the Cyber Defense and Resilience practice, you will serve as a trusted technical expert supporting pre-sales engagements and hands-on delivery of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery conversations with security teams to identify gaps, design technical demonstrations, and develop solution proposals including architecture diagrams and business value assessments. The role focuses on helping organizations modernize to an AI-powered defense posture by consolidating tools onto the Falcon platform to solve complex cyber risk problems. Key technologies include NG-SIEM, Exposure Management (CTEM), Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and Charlotte AI. Required expertise includes experience with SIEM platforms like Splunk or Sentinel, endpoint security, identity threat detection, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will navigate the intersection of consulting and technology to ensure defensive resiliency for large-scale organizations.
Lead discovery conversations with client security teams to identify gaps and map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Deliver technical demonstrations of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform tailored to specific client environments and priorities.
Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments for clients.
Act as a technical expert to support pre-sales engagements and provide hands-on delivery of platform implementations.
Advise clients on managing cyber risk and solving complex security problems through strategic vision and operational expertise.
Help clients modernize their security posture by consolidating tools onto the Falcon platform.
Contribute to the development and market positioning of Accenture's specific CrowdStrike offerings.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical delivery within the cybersecurity industry.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
Minimum 5 years of technical experience with at least two areas including SIEM, endpoint security, identity threat detection, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise security architectures involving identity infrastructure, cloud environments, or OT/ICS environments.
Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of an Associate degree with 6 years of experience or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences.
Active CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA, CCSE, or CrowdStrike Champions Professional/Expert are preferred.
Experience delivering managed security services or working within an MSSP/MDR environment is preferred.
