Crowdstrike Pre-Sales Senior Manager/Director will join the Cyber Defense and Resilience practice as a technical expert supporting pre-sales engagements with the CrowdStrike Business Group. This role involves leading discovery conversations with client security teams, such as CISOs and SOC leads, to identify gaps and map Falcon platform capabilities to business outcomes. The individual will build and deliver technical demonstrations of the Falcon platform, including NG-SIEM, Exposure Management, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and Charlotte AI. Responsibilities include developing solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments to help clients modernize their security posture. Required expertise includes the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, SIEM platforms like Splunk or Sentinel, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role focuses on solving complex cyber risk problems through rapid threat identification and incident response within an AI-powered defense framework.
Lead discovery conversations with client security teams to identify gaps and map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Deliver technical demonstrations of the Falcon platform tailored to specific client environments and priorities.
Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments for clients.
Act as a technical expert to support pre-sales engagements and provide deep knowledge of the CrowdStrike platform.

Help clients consolidate tools onto the Falcon platform to modernize their security operations.
Contribute to the development and market positioning of Accenture's specific CrowdStrike offerings.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical delivery within the cybersecurity industry.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading technical conversations at the CISO, security architect, or SOC lead level.
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least two areas including SIEM platforms, endpoint security, identity threat detection, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
Minimum 7 years of experience with enterprise security architectures, including identity infrastructure, cloud environments, or OT/ICS environments.
A Bachelor's degree is required, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Active CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA, CCSE, or CrowdStrike Champions Professional/Expert are preferred.
Experience delivering managed security services or working within an MSSP/MDR environment is preferred.
