What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of high-quality integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet specific customer objectives using industry best practices.
Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing technical and functional solutions.
Translate utility business requirements into Customer to Meter, Customer Care, and Billing configurations.
Lead solution design workshops and produce functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
Create process flow diagrams for utility business processes using tools like Visio.
Provide domain expertise to the consulting sales team to support business development and new opportunities.
Mentor project teams and influence customer leadership on key technical and project decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Technical/Developer-related occupation.
Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Solution and functional use cases for gas, water, and electric utilities.
Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) configuration.
Ability to draft and deliver functional designs based on client business process needs.
Ability to lead solution design workshops and produce configuration workbooks and traceability documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Ability to translate utility business requirements into Customer to Meter/Customer Care & Billing configurations.
