As a Crowdstrike Technical Consultant within the Cyber Defense and Resilience practice, you will serve as a trusted technical expert supporting pre-sales engagements and hands-on delivery of the Falcon platform for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery conversations with security teams to identify gaps, design technical demonstrations for modules like NG-SIEM, Exposure Management, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and Charlotte AI, and develop solution proposals and architecture diagrams. The role requires expertise in the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, SIEM platforms such as Splunk or QRadar, and enterprise architectures involving cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will help clients modernize to an AI-powered defense posture by consolidating tools onto the Falcon platform to solve complex security problems through a combination of strategic vision and operational expertise in threat identification and incident response.
Lead discovery conversations with client security teams to identify gaps and map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Deliver technical demonstrations of the Falcon platform including NG-SIEM, Identity Protection, and Cloud Security.
Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments for clients.
Act as a technical expert to support pre-sales engagements with deep CrowdStrike platform knowledge.
Advise clients on managing cyber risk and solving complex security problems through strategic vision.
Help clients transition to AI-powered defense postures by consolidating tools onto the Falcon platform.
Contribute to the development and market positioning of Accenture-specific CrowdStrike offerings.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform in any capacity.
Minimum 2 years of experience with at least two areas: SIEM platforms, endpoint security, identity threat detection, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise security architectures including identity infrastructure, cloud environments, or OT/ICS systems.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or a minimum of 12 years of work experience.
Experience delivering managed security services or working within an MSSP/MDR environment is preferred.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
Familiarity with threat intelligence operationalization including MITRE ATT&CK and adversary tracking.
Active CrowdStrike certifications (CCFA, CCSE, or CrowdStrike Champions) are preferred.
