The Crowdstrike Technical Consultant joins the Cyber Defense and Resilience practice to help clients modernize toward an AI-powered defense posture. You will act as a trusted technical expert, supporting pre-sales engagements and leading hands-on delivery of CrowdStrike Falcon platform implementations for enterprise clients. Daily responsibilities include leading discovery conversations with security leaders, designing technical demonstrations, and developing solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments. You will utilize the Falcon platform, including NG-SIEM, Exposure Management, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and Charlotte AI. Required expertise includes the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, SIEM platforms like Splunk or Sentinel, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will solve complex security problems by consolidating tools and improving rapid threat identification and incident response.
Lead discovery conversations with client security teams to identify gaps and map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Design and deliver technical demonstrations of the Falcon platform, including NG-SIEM and Cloud Security.
Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business value assessments for clients.
Support pre-sales engagements by providing deep platform knowledge and hands-on implementation experience.
Execute hands-on delivery of CrowdStrike Falcon platform implementations for enterprise clients.
Advise clients on managing cyber risk and solving complex security problems through strategic vision.
Contribute to the development and market positioning of Accenture-specific CrowdStrike offerings.
Help clients consolidate security tools onto the Falcon platform to realize measurable outcomes.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
Minimum 2 years of experience with at least two of the following: SIEM platforms, endpoint security, identity threat detection, cloud security posture management, or vulnerability management.
Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise security architectures, including identity infrastructure, cloud environments, or OT/ICS environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Active CrowdStrike certification(s) such as CCFA, CCSE, or CrowdStrike Champions Professional/Expert (preferred).
Experience delivering managed security services or working within an MSSP/MDR environment (preferred).
