Senior Manager - Response Threat Operations

What you'll do

• Lead the AMER Response Threat Operations team by providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and people leadership.
• Oversee 24x7 threat monitoring, incident response, and cyber intrusion analysis across global regions.
• Perform attack lifecycle analysis and develop remediation plans for identified security threats.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and metrics-driven decision making.
• Manage the execution of strategic programs and projects using Agile principles to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership in digital forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence methodologies.
• Develop and mentor team members through performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Serve as a key stakeholder to communicate security impacts and manage risk with business leaders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, system administration, and defense-in-depth security elements.
• Advanced knowledge of network threat lifecycles, attack vectors, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system, including system utilities and administrative functions.
• Significant experience with open-source security tools such as Wireshark, SNORT, Splunk, Kali Linux, Sift, and REMnux.
• Proficiency in computer programming and scripting languages such as C, Python, or Java.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage teams, mentor staff, and execute projects in an agile environment.
• Must have permanent work authorization to be employed in the United States.
