The CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager joins the team responsible for delivering CPUs for various mobile and wearable products. What you'll do

Drive the development of CPU IP across several programs.
Develop and negotiate project schedules and deliverables.
Lead regular project meetings to focus the team on upcoming landmarks and resolve technical issues.
Identify risks and dependencies and generate mitigation plans.
Communicate program status and blocking issues to multi-functional teams and management.
Drive the full program lifecycle from spec definition through tapeout and post-silicon support.
Manage day-to-day project activities and long-term initiatives for the CPU design team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT, or silicon validation.
Proven CPU development experience (preferred).
Established technical leadership and/or project management experience (preferred).
Strong communication and executive presentation skills (preferred).
Strong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail (preferred).
Strong organization skills to organize self and the team’s execution (preferred).
Technical depth in one or more areas (architecture, logic, verification, physical design) and sufficient knowledge of others (preferred).
