CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

The CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager joins the team responsible for delivering high-performance, efficient CPUs across a diverse range of mobile and desktop products. This role involves managing the full program lifecycle from initial specification definition through execution, tapeout, and post-silicon activities. The manager is embedded with the CPU design team to drive day-to-day project activities, negotiate schedules, identify risks, and resolve technical issues by coordinating with architecture, logic design, verification, physical design, DFT, and debug teams. Candidates must possess a background in silicon development across areas like implementation or validation and demonstrate technical depth in specific domains such as architecture or physical design. The role requires strong communication skills to manage multi-functional stakeholders and navigate the complex trade-offs inherent in advanced CPU intellectual property development and hardware integration.
