What you'll do

Drive the roadmap and evolution of proprietary portfolio management applications.
Translate business capabilities into scalable, reusable technology solutions.

Lead onshore and offshore engineering teams through development, testing, and release management.
Drive modernization, technical debt reduction, cloud adoption, and automation.
Act as a technology advisor to investment teams to assess and define new solutions.
Oversee production support and ensure technology delivery aligns with business priorities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
Deep understanding of portfolio management workflows and front-office investment platforms.
Proven track record leading large-scale engineering organizations and complex platform transformation programs.
Strong hands-on software engineering background with experience in Java, Python, C++, Scala, or similar enterprise technologies.
Experience designing, building, and operating enterprise-scale software platforms and distributed systems.
Experience leading globally distributed teams across engineering, architecture, quality, platform, and production support functions.
Experience with application modernization, cloud technologies, APIs, and distributed architectures.
